We know when women are empowered they can take on the world.

When they are overpowered they are oppressed with no way forward. When you are connected to the right people they are able to guard your God given dreams and talents and help leverage you for growth. You can go off course in a different trajectory when they have different ideas and want you to let go of everything God tasked you and uniquely equiped you with and replace it unfairly with what they want you to do, filling up all your time and working fulltime completely for free. For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

What happens is you never really reach your full potential or grow in anyway let alone reach Gods best for your life. They should never paint a picture as if you are constantly doing the wrong thing and they feel they need to constantly judge and correct you because they sit on a high horse and feel the need to. You never look good yourself by making others look bad or pointing out faults. Three fingers always point back. Criticism has lost its sting when the bloom of love resonates from within.

Proverbs 18:21 puts it this way: “The tongue has the power of life and death.” The stakes are high. Your words can either speak life, or your words can speak death. Our tongues can build others up, or they can tear them down.

The choice is yours so choose your group and words wisely.
